I ve looked through various walkthroughs and the wiki and from what i understand the only thing this perk makes available the ability to trade buffout strange meat for mushrooms at a 1 to 1 ratio in little lamplight instead of a 3 to 1 or 2 to 1 ratio with high enough barter skill. Yeah dont get any of them.
